===== Background =====

Newman (Teresa Ville MA) has already started engaging the EVCOs, namely:
  * Wes Cares Energy
  * EV Mobility
  * Novowatt Pte Ltd

They have made proposals with the following common points:
  * Charger Model: 2 x Single phase 7.4kW, i.e. the slow-charging (AC charges)
  * Proposed Carpark Lots: 109 to 111 located next to the Clubhouse nearest the Block 1003 Circle
  * Customer Service Support: 24 hours

==== Engagements model ====

LTA recommends the Capex-free ownership model. The key considerations are:

  * EVCOs to have full ownership and control of the chargers
  * No cost for hardware and installation
  * Minimal responsibility for operation and maintenance 
  * All queries fronted by EVCO

Disadvantage

  * Charging price determined by EVCO
